Velisse Timeless Statement
We want you to love your bag as much as we enjoyed creating it. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 7 business days after delivery, as long as the bag is in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product has a manufacturing defect. In that case, we will cover the cost and provide either a replacement or a full refund.
